Breast augmentation with autologous fat
Another option for breast augmentation is treatment with autologous fat. This method is especially suitable for women who refuse implants, but do not want to give up a beautiful and natural décolleté. During breast augmentation with autologous fat, the surgeon removes the patient's own fat from a previously defined area of the body by means of liposuction.
The extracted fat is then specially prepared and gently filtered in order to obtain the largest possible number of intact fat cells. The extracted fat is injected directly into the breasts using fine cannulas. The amount of fat is usually calculated so that the breasts initially appear too plump. However, this is necessary because a small percentage of the fat breaks down again. Further follow-up treatments until the desired effect is achieved may be necessary.
The result is very natural and plump breasts.
