The quality of our work is crucial for the recovery and satisfaction of our patients. We are therefore continuously developing in this area, even though we already demonstrably meet the highest standards. For example, our Kliniken des Main-Taunus-Kreises, our senior citizens' residence in Eppstein and certain areas of Klinikum Frankfurt Höchst (e.g. Endoprosthetics Center, Geriatric Trauma Center, Oncology Center) have been certified in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality standard for many years.
In order to meet our quality standards, we focus on transparency and exchange. We operate in the following three steps.
1. planning
To ensure the success of our quality measurement, we start by defining clear and binding objectives, which are defined and planned by the hospitals as well as individual specialist departments and our quality managers.
National standards
All professional groups are guided by national/international standards for treatment and therapy safety.
2. measuring and comparing
We check the degree of achievement of the defined targets at regular intervals, both internally and with external support.
Routine data
We also collect routine data on inpatient treatment every year and record it in the quality report. This routine data can be viewed by anyone interested via our website
3. improve
Where internal and external audits identify potential for improvement, we draw up a corresponding action plan, the implementation of which is closely monitored.
